Section 2 Acceptance of These Terms

You are considered to have accepted these Terms when you do any of the following: visit jaigamee.fun in any capacity; complete Jai Club Register; complete a Jai Club Login; make a deposit or withdrawal request; participate in any Jai Club game format; download or use the Jai Club APK; or continue using any Jai Club service after updated Terms have been published.

Acceptance is binding regardless of whether you clicked through a formal "I agree" prompt. By using the platform, you confirm you have read and understood every provision in this agreement.

Section 3 Member Eligibility Requirements

Jai Club services are not available to everyone. Before completing Jai Club Register, confirm that every eligibility requirement below applies to you:

• Minimum Age: 18 Years. You must be at least 18 years old, everywhere in India, without exception. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies regardless of any other circumstances.
• Legal Capacity. You must have the legal capacity to enter binding contracts under Indian law. If any legal restriction prevents you from entering contracts, you are not eligible to register.
• Geographic and Legal Eligibility. You must reside in a jurisdiction where the type of online skill-based prediction gaming provided by Jai Club is legally permitted. You are solely responsible for verifying this before registering.
• State-Level Compliance. Certain Indian states have specific restrictions on online gaming. You are responsible for checking whether your state of residence permits this type of participation before completing Jai Club Register.
• One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one Jai Club account. Creating multiple accounts — whether to claim multiple bonuses, circumvent restrictions, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts.
• No Prior Exclusions. You must not have been previously self-excluded, excluded by Jai Club, or terminated from any Jai Club account.

Section 4 Account Registration and Security

Complete your registration only through jaigamee.fun or the official Jai Club APK. Provide accurate personal details including your legal name, a valid Indian mobile number for OTP verification, and a valid email address. Complete Jai Club KYC verification before requesting your first withdrawal.

Your Security Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Jai Club Login password and account credentials. Jai Club cannot be held responsible for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your login details.
• Never share your Jai Club Login password with any other person, including family members. Jai Club support staff will never ask for your current password via any communication channel.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination:

• Creating, maintaining, or accessing multiple Jai Club accounts for a single individual.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, browser extensions, or artificial intelligence to access the platform, place bets, or extract data.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or any other technology to conceal your actual location or circumvent geographic restrictions.

• Using Jai Club services for any illegal purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of criminal activity.

Jai Club reserves the right to suspend Jai Club Login access immediately and without prior notice where prohibited activities are detected or reasonably suspected.

Section 6 Jai Club Game Rules and Fair Play

• RNG-Based Outcomes. All Jai Club game formats — colour prediction, Wingo, K3, 5D Lottery, Aviator, and daily casual games — operate using certified Random Number Generator algorithms. Outcomes are not influenced by Jai Club staff, any individual member's history, or any external factor.
• Bets Are Final. All bets and predictions are final once confirmed by the Jai Club system. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed for any reason, including technical issues on the member's device or network connection.
• Server Records Are Authoritative. In all disputes regarding game outcomes, bet placement times, or Lottery draw results, Jai Club's server records constitute the authoritative record. Member-side screenshots or logs are not accepted as primary evidence.
• Dispute Window. Disputes must be reported to support@jaigamee.fun within 24 hours of the event in question. Disputes submitted outside this window may not be eligible for investigation. Jai Club's decision following a proper investigation is final and binding.

Section 7 Deposits and Withdrawals

• Accepted Deposit Methods. Jai Club accepts deposits via UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) and direct bank transfer. Deposits must come from payment accounts registered in your own name only. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum Jai Club withdrawal amount is ₹100. KYC verification must be completed successfully before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawal Destination. All withdrawals are processed exclusively to your verified UPI ID or bank account. Jai Club does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or alternative payment methods not registered in your name.
• Processing Timelines. Standard withdrawals are processed within the timeframe indicated in your account dashboard at the time of the request. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods or pending additional verification.
• Compliance Verification. Jai Club may request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation for large-value withdrawals or wallet activity that triggers compliance review thresholds. Failure to provide requested documentation may delay or prevent withdrawal processing.
• Payment Infrastructure. All Jai Club payment transactions are processed through certified Indian payment gateway providers operating within Reserve Bank of India frameworks.

Section 8 Bonuses and Promotions

• Wagering Requirements. Every Jai Club bonus — including welcome bonuses, referral credits, and promotional rewards — carries wagering requirements. Bonus funds must complete the specified wagering turnover through qualifying game participation before they become eligible for withdrawal. Specific requirements are detailed at the time each bonus is offered.
• Bonus Expiry. All Jai Club bonuses have validity periods. Bonuses not claimed or wagering requirements not completed within the validity period result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. Jai Club may modify or withdraw promotions at any time.
• Bonus Abuse. Jai Club takes a firm position on bonus abuse. This includes claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, generating artificial wagering activity to satisfy requirements without genuine game participation, referral fraud, and any form of collusion. Detection results in immediate bonus forfeiture, and Jai Club reserves the right to terminate accounts where systematic abuse is identified.

Section 9 Intellectual Property

All content, features, Jai Club APK functionality, game graphics, platform design, written materials, and branding available through jaigamee.fun are either owned by Jai Club or licensed from third-party partners. All rights are protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Jai Club content without written permission. You may not use the Jai Club name, logo, or branding in any commercial or promotional context. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Jai Club APK or any platform technology.

Violations of Jai Club's intellectual property rights will be pursued to the fullest extent of applicable Indian law.

Section 10 Privacy and Data Protection

Jai Club collects, stores, and processes personal information from members in accordance with our comprehensive Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of this complete Terms agreement and should be read alongside these Terms.

Key privacy principles that apply to your Jai Club membership include: personal data is collected only for specified, legitimate purposes; data is protected using SSL encryption in transit and at rest; payment data is processed exclusively through certified Indian payment gateways; and personal data is never sold to advertising third parties.

Section 11 Disclaimers and Warranties

Jai Club services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties — express, implied, statutory, or otherwise — regarding the platform, its content, or your experience on it.

Specifically, Jai Club does not warrant that: jaigamee.fun will operate error-free or without interruption at all times; all content and Lottery draw data displayed on the platform are accurate and complete in real time; the Jai Club APK will be free from bugs, defects, or compatibility issues on any specific device; or that your participation in any Jai Club game format will result in winnings of any amount.

Section 12 Limitation of Jai Club Liability

Jai Club shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use jaigamee.fun or Jai Club services. This includes financial losses from game participation, loss of data, interruption of service, or any other loss or damage — whether foreseeable or not.

In jurisdictions where complete liability exclusion is not permitted by law, Jai Club's maximum total liability to any member for any cause of action shall not exceed the lesser of: the total amount deposited into your Jai Club Wallet during the 30 calendar days preceding the claim, or ₹1,000 (one thousand Indian Rupees).

Section 13 Member Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jai Club and its owners, operators, directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to:

• Your use or misuse of jaigamee.fun or any Jai Club service;
• Your violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Your violation of any applicable Indian law or regulation in connection with your Jai Club participation;
• Any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct associated with your Jai Club Login account;
• Any claim by a third party arising from your conduct on or through the platform.

This indemnification obligation survives the termination or expiry of your Jai Club membership and these Terms.

Section 14 Changes to These Terms

Jai Club reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time and at our sole discretion. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes through email notifications to registered members or through prominent notices on jaigamee.fun and in the Jai Club APK.

Updated Terms will be published at jaigamee.fun/terms with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued Jai Club Login and participation after any Terms update constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not agree with changes to the Terms, you must stop using Jai Club services before the effective date of the update.

Section 15 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to your Jai Club Login, your use of jaigamee.fun, or your participation in any Jai Club service, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Both parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of competent jurisdiction in India for the resolution of any such disputes.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines, constitute the complete and entire agreement between you and Jai Club regarding your membership and use of the platform. No prior representations, agreements, or understandings — verbal or written — that are not expressly included here form part of this agreement.
